Stereo Tool is available as a stand alone application, VST plugin, Winamp/DSP plugin and libStereoTool plugin, on Windows, Linux and macOS, Intel/AMD and ARM. See the download page for more info.

Multiple instances

If you want to use multiple instances of Stereo Tool on one machine, make copies of the .exe or .dll file with a different name, for example StereoTool_Radio2.exe. Copies with a different name run independently of each other. Or you can have a look at our Enterprise solution which lets you run up to 50 instances in a single process, and adds features such as Nielsen PPM, Kantar or Intrasonics watermarking, and an advanced user management system to give different users access to different instances - or even certain settings of an instance.

Registration

In the unregistered version of Stereo Tool, a message is played once after every 12 hours when any of the following features is enabled: Natural Dynamics, Advanced Clipper, Auto EQ, Bass EQ, the Adaptive AGC or compressor mode, AGC with more than 2 bands, any dynamic behavior features or progressive ratio in the compressors. FM pre-emphasis, FM stereo or FM RDS encoding. If both FM processing and Advanced Clipper are used, the message is played every 4 hours. The declipper plays a beep every minute. The VST version always requires some registration, regardless of which features are used. Register now to get rid of these messages.
